It's A Boy - 4Real!

A couple in New Zealand has tried to name their new baby boy 4REAL. Apparently the local authorities would not let them register the name as numbers were not allowed to be registered in names.

Which leads to the inevitable question...

Why not just name the kid "Foreal" or "Fosheezy" or "Foshnizzle"?
